Description: The ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Professional "S" meat cleaver (discontinued); it's NOT a lightweight Chinese chef's knife nor vegetable cleaver but rather the heavy-duty meat cleaver. This has been used but only lightly, and there's no apparent wear to the edge or blade, and has its original edge, it's never been resharpened or ground since new. Edge is smooth and factory-sharp, unstained, untarnished; entire cleaver is intact and undamaged. Left side of blade has fading red printing and includes, "PROFESSIONAL." Printing in black, on right side of blade, includes: "ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS GERMANY" and "ROSTFREI." The handle-grip is smooth, and tight as when new. No retail packaging. The Pro. S cleaver is discontinued.
