There are some marks on the sides where someone used a wrench to pull the sight off (see pics). This sight will NOT fit a standard M98 Mauser. As with all gun parts, this part may require some fitting and must be inspected and installed by a qualified gunsmith. The parts listed are sold as is, without warranty.
