Product Description A high quality performance exhausts manufactured in Italy by performance parts specialists Polini. Suitable for scooters fitted with the Minarelli horizontal 2-stroke 50cc engine. E-Marked and road legal in all European Union countries. The exhaust is supplied with a restrictor washer in the down-pipe which can be removed. Supplied with mounting kit and exhaust gasket. The steel exterior will need to be painted or lacquered in order to protect it from corrosion caused by the elements. *As with any performance part, modifications to the set-up of the scooter will be required if this exhaust is fitted in place of the original exhaust or a 'standard' exhaust system. If you remove the restrictor washer we recommend increasing the size of the main jet in your carburettor by approximately 10% (slightly less if the washer is not removed). In addition we also recommend reducing the weight of the rollers in your variator by approximately 10% to assist with acceleration and up-hill riding.
