This watch’s large face, bezel features, and solid stainless steel (316L) case and band construction are built to strict standards, all the while it maintains a classic vintage look. This line was inspired by the 60th anniversary of the famous air commando group, and now the 4th edition is available with an updated case, band and most importantly, updated high-quality Citizen movements. Each design is produced in limited 500-piece series. The two bezels operate independently, each offering an additional layer of complexity to this fine piece. Designed to track elapsed time in minutes or seconds the outer bezel features raised, diamond-cut numerals that shine brightly. Their mirror polished finish is sure to attract attention. The inner bezel, operated by the 10 o’clock crown, records elapsed time in hours or functions as a secondary time zone. On the face, the beautiful guilloche design with silver accented Roman numerals and blue accented hour markers, makes a bold statement. Each of the numerals, hour markers, and the hands are illuminated clearly with Swiss-made Luminova overlays. As a custom calibrated movement it often exceeds it intended accuracy (-10 +20 sec/day) and this shock-resistant, water-resistant (200M) timepiece holds a 42-hour power reserve and is warrantied. Specifications include 3mm thick Swiss sapphire crystal glass, with an inner anti-reflective coating, 54x45x13mm case, 230x22x4mm band with removable links, 224g total weight. Please rotate the winding crown 40 times initially to achieve a full power reserve for the automatic movement. Sturdy case with anti-reflective sapphire crystal display, screw down 3'oclock crown and buttons, water resistant up to 200M/660 Ft, with Swiss-Luminova luminescence on hands and numerals. Stainless steel X-Large band, unique and comfortable design prevents hair snags, features a fold-over double safety clasp. Band with push pin construction is adjustable to fit small wrists.
