First off, in terms of being complete, my method is to check the contents on the box/instructions, and then count the actual contents to see if they match. In this case, there were no discrepencies. However, please note that though while there appears to be plenty of suspect sheets, it appear that at least a few have been used and removed. That being said, this is a game in very good condition. The outer box is in very good shape, and has light wear primarily at the edges/corners. The pieces all look to be in good shape. It's been used, I'm sure, but it looks like it was very well cared-for. The instructions appear complete and without any rips/tears. With something like this, I urge you to take a hard look at the pictures and make sure you're getting everything you expect. If you don't see it, it's not included.
