I purchased this item second hand and have no reason to believe that it had been opened before I purchased it, but i can 110% guarantee that it has not been opened since it has been in my possession. It is complete and comes with all the accessories and the Build A Figure part necessary to complete your Sauron figure. Note that there is a slight tear on the packaging above his head, which is shown in the pictures. Also, it does seem that the tape on one side of the box has ripped which is also pictured so PLEASE BE AWARE of that. No returns or refunds accepted unless deemed necessary by Ebay. Will ship quick.
