The upper right hand drawer, sometimes sticks and has to be pulled on somewhat hard to get out. The unit has scuffs and scratches mostly on the top as well as the corners and edges. The approximate measurements while open are 59” long x 22” wide x 29.5” tall. The approximate measurements while folded are 30.5” long x 22” wide x 16.5” tall.
