This eighth cover depicts the 50th Anniversary of the Invasion of the Lowlands – Netherlands - Belgium. On May 10, 1940, German forces invaded the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The cancellation is from Majuro on May 10, 1990, 50 years after the invasion. The cover bears one 25 cent “Bombing of Rotterdam” stamp. This is a unique cover to own.
