Description: German Model 1898/05 Sword Bayonet for Kar 98 and Gewehr 98 Rifles. 19.75" overall length with a blade length of 14.5" blade. Very good blade showing some light age patina, wear. Serial no. of 1103 on guard, ricasso stamped, with Rare maker, "SCHLEUTERMAN V REMSCHEID" along with spine top markings of W18 along with crown and cyphers. Cypher also stamped on the pommel end.
