This has never been worn and the white specks on the inside are simply lint. Laying flat, it measures approximately 19" across the bust, 18" across the waist and 19.5" length from the top of the (middle) shoulder. No odors, stains or damage. NOTE: You'll see this is labeled a size 14 but it is not a modern 14; please refer to the measurements taken. Please feel free to ask any other questions. Smoke- and pet-free home.
