SYNOPSIS:Superman and Batman confront El Monstro, but after learning that the creature is in fact a beautiful woman who has been cursed, they decide to stop fighting the creature. Batman tries to help the woman on her tragedy, but Superman is more concerned on recovering the Nazi treasure. El Monstro manage to kill Don Ernesto, the local criminal, responsible for the woman's curse and transformation into the creature. Batman tries to stop the killing, but he is unable to prevent another tragedy. El Monstro understands that Batman wants to help her, and she decides to go along with him, but she is suddenly attacked by a helicopter from the government, which sprays defoliant on the creature, killing her without a fighting chance. Meanwhile, Superman has recovered the lost Nazi treasure, but the sunken ship was surrounded by explosives and the local government starts attacking what they believe is an unauthorized submarine in their waters. The treasure is lost and by the time Superman rejoins Batman, he learns of the tragic end of the once lovely woman who was turned into a monster.
