The blower is NOT thermostatically controlled, it is a manual variable speed switch. The blower speed is manually controlled by rotating the speed control knob until the desired speed is achieved. When turned on the first setting will be LOW. HIGH setting may be obtained by obtained by rotating the speed control knob clockwise. Installation: The blower is to be installed at the rear of the stove, on the rear heat shield. Align the blower and gasket mounting holes with those on the rear heat shield. IMPORTANT: Ensure the blower and gasket are oriented correctly. The blower wheel and gasket cut-ot must align with the cut-out in the rear heat shield. Fasten the blower and gasket to the rear heat shield using the four (4) screws provided. DO NOT over tighten screws. Be sure to plug the blower into a 3 prong gounded outlet. DO NOT tamper with the grounding prong on the cord. Cleaning: Periodic cleaning of the blower is recommended. Dust or dirt accumulation could significantly restrict airflow.
