Description: Lovely late 19th century / early 20th little known work by Ida Rose Lovering titled "Jealousy". Wonderful depiction of one dog looking away while the other is cuddled by the young girl. This work was published by C. W. Faulkner & Co. Of London. I believe that dates it to somewhere between 1894-1910. Lovering lived 1854-1943 so this was likely right in the heart of her career.Ink image is 5" x 7.5". The embossing stamp measures 6.25" x 9" on a sheet approx. 10" x 14".
