Dulcie has glass eyes and is wearing a linen polka dot dress. She has a fully functioning squeaker. Dulcie was offered in the 2010 catalog by Witney and is a limited edition of 250. Comes from original owner and a non smoking home. This bear looks super old but is in as new condition with no wear or tear that wasn’t purposeful by maker.
