These bolts and nut covers are for Harley windshields and match our other 44 mag products for a real end to end custom look. (see other ads for non-Harley bikes) The shell casing stands .4 tenths of an inch tall when mounted and nut covers are 3/4 of an inch tall for a total length of 1 1/4 inches. The nut covers come with a special 1/4 inch nut that fits inside the shell. This allows the nut be tightened using a standard wrench and then you just screw the nut cover over the protruding bolt and nut. The bolts and nut covers come in brass or nickel.
