The 1986 Christmas Ornament replicates the South front of the President's house as it appeared 162 years ago for the Christmas and New Year's festivities of our 5th President James Monroe. The 1988 ornament has inscribed on the bottom "The children of President Jackson's family request you to join them on Christmas Day at 4:00 PM in a frolick in the East Room. This ornament is 3D and is the most personal ornament of any of my collection. It shows two children walking toward the Christmas tree. On the top it is inscribed Christmas 1988.....The White House. This ornament is so exquisite and well done. Great for a collection of all by itself. As all my auctions this is in it's original box with all paperwork included The 1989 ornament is in celebration of the Bicentennial of the American President. In the center is a large, intricate Presidential Seal. A banner on the bottom says 1789-1989 The White House.on the front of the information booklet is the signatures of every President between 1789-1989. Spectacular! The Blue Room is the theme for the 1990 Ornament for the White House Christmas Tree and it commemorates the administration of the 8th President of the United States, Martin Van Buren. This ornament has a great deal of detail and is very striking. This Ornament like all my auctions come in their original box with original information booklet in each box.
