White Face Rolleiflex 3.5F TLR Film Camera Xenotar 75mm

Description: Description:For sale here is my Rolleiflex 3.5f White Face with 6 element Xenotar. I hate to see it go, but I'm raising money for an upcoming project and need to part with some of the cameras I've collected over the past little while. The camera as you can see is in nice physical condition, it isn't perfect however, so please read carefully so that you know exactly what you are buying. The camera, as mentioned, is in nice shape, there are signs of light wear to the body, including a small indentation near the flash socket, and also the pin that interlocks with the locking latch is missing (door still closes and stays closed). Those are the two flaws worth pointing out to the exterior. Mechanically the focus is smooth, the aperture and speed dials are smooth, and the film advance is smooth too. The shutter speeds below 1/30th are slow and stick, so the camera would need a CLA if you were to shoot at those slower speeds. The selenium meter also no longer responds to light. Optically the taking lens is in very nice condition. There are no scratches or cleaning marks that I can see, nor do I see any fungus. However, when I hold it up to a bright light I can see a very thin haze (as with many lenses this old). It's nothing that has impacted my photos, and probably could be wiped clean during a CLA. Just wanted to point it out. The viewing lens is also in good condition, however it does have some traces of fungus, as does the mirror. You have to look for them under a bright light, and again, it's nothing that impacts shooting. I'll miss this camera, as I think it is the perfect all-around camera... however my photography project needs to be completed. Included is the camera as pictured, with the lens cap.
