It features the center bear reading and the left bear smoking a pipe and the right bear listening. It is in milk glass. It has been painted with cold paint process and much of the paint has worn off. This plate is free of chips, cracks, fleabites and scratches. The plate is unmarked. THe plate is 7 1/4 inches across. We offer FREE standard shipping to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
