Description: West Australian Fluorite - Specimen - 156 gm - Dalgaranga / Mount Farmer 156 grams - The Fluorite from here does not fluoresce very much and they do not show a square crystal habit. Some ,when washed in water, almost become transparent similar to cryolite - there is also ( according to the bible - "Field guide to WA pegmatites ) pseudo topaz found here - I think that some of the fluorite found at this locality is a mix of these things. This is a nice example of what was once at this locality. please see my other ads for the Zinnwaldite ( botryoidal lithium mica ) specimens also found here.
