Ebay offers this option so sellers can ship smaller items and still offer some sort of tracking for a lesser cost than what would be charged for a package. Please understand that while this shipping policy allows me to be able to offer you very inexpensive shipping, the tracking that comes with it is what ebay calls "limited." From my experience so far, what that means is that sometimes the tracking doesn't update as quickly as other shipping with tracking options would. Also, I have seen occasionally that sometimes the item is marked as delivered right before it is actually delivered. I understand how frustrating these things can be.
