Description: Beautiful transferware lug handle sugar bowl and creamer by Wedgwood Pottery. Manufactured in England from 1966 until 1968, these companion pieces feature a lovely country scene in a blue on white background in the Countryside Blue pattern. Both the lug handle sugar bowl with lid and the 8 oz creamer give off a definite mid century modern vibe with their streamlined shapes. Condition is very good. There are no chips, cracks or stains on the sugar bowl though there is some crazing. The creamer is in nice condition though there is a small chip on the spout (see photos) and some light crazing.Please keep in mind that you are buying a vintage item. These items are previously owned and used and will rarely be in perfect condition. It is normal for these items to display some wear and flaws from use and age.
