The frame may need to be temporarily removed to install. there should be at least 4" space between the top of the meter and the bottom of the frame. If there is a touch read or radio antenna wire to the top, the wire should be run around the edge, or the disk can be slit toward the center with a sharp knife if the wire is too short.
