Description: Waltham PS Bartlett model 1883 14K Yellow Gold Full Hunter Pocket Watch ca. 1888. This antique Waltham P.S. Bartlett, model 1883, 15 jewel, 18 size pocket watch has a solid 14k yellow gold full hunter case measuring approximately 52mm in diameter x 3 inches long including bow. The case is completely hand engraved with scroll work, foliage, flowers, a bird with a nest, and a plaque for personalizing. The case has a very light patina and is in overall great antique condition. The front, back and dust cover hinges all open, close and secure properly. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals, blue light spade hands, a single sunk seconds register and is marked "Am. Watch Co. Waltham". The dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or chipping. The crystal is in great condition. The inside back cover is stamped "Warranted 14K U.S. Assay - C.W.Mfg.Co. - 78873". The inside dust cover is stamped "78873". The gilt movement is stamped "P.S. Bartlett - Waltham, Mass. - 3758828". All screws and ruby jewels are in great condition.
