The grade is probably at least a Very Good but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans. The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned. The pages are complete and intact. There is about a 1 inch tear on top of both centerfold pages. The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
