Description: Rare and large framed print, numbered edition of 750 with certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. "Breeze" by Wai Ming, signed by the artist in the lower right, numbered and titled in pencil. Remains in great shape-looks fantastic on the wall. Print has a few small imperfections along the top edge, notable but subtle flaws-see close ups. Frame has just light signs of age. Direct from a personal collection, please see photos and send any questions. Print size is 30" x 22.5", frame is about 47.75" x 38". Good shape, few small flaws in the print. Generally this displays very well, on the wall it looks excellent. Along the top edge there is a diagonal tear in the paper. It lays flat and nicely contained but should be noted. In the upper left hand corner there is a small area that appears to have lost the top layer of paper. Both flaws must have occurred before framing and are not visible from a reasonable distance-see close ups. Otherwise: clean & flat-near mint. No holes, no rips, no tears, no creases, no water damage etc. Certificate is in great shape. Quality frame that remains in good shape with a few small surface scratches mostly along the bottom edge. No chips, no cracks, solid and tight. The matte is clean, free of damage. Glass has no chips, no cracks, clear. Backside looks good too, clean. Rear wall hangers at the top and bottom.
