The Wacky Skirt adds new versatility to your senkos and worms. There are multiple techniques to fishing a Wacky Skirted worm. First, you can fish the worm traditionally - making bottom contact. With this technique, your worm takes on some characteristics of a jig, but because of it's light weight, it can be fished with slower falls between hops than a standard jig. Adding a nail weight to the head of a senko and Neko rigging it is also an effective method to fish this setup while maintaining bottom contact. You can also fish your worm like a fluke when rigged with a Wacky Skirt. This method can be especially deadly when fish are reacting to a moving bait, but seem to want a slower bait. Jerk and twitch the skirted senko, giving it the action of a weigthless fluke and the appearance of a swim jig.
