Description: W.A Sheaffer Commemorative Limited Edition Fountain Pen #2671/6000 The Commemorative Fountain Pen is produced from a solid brass rod with a 23k gold overlay. It is intricately engraved with a beautiful scrolled pattern on the cap and barrel. The writing instrument features an 18k two-tone gold nib and uses a lever filling mechanism. Each limited edition number is engraved underneath the lever filling mechanism. Ours is #2671/6000. This W.A.Sheaffer Commemorative pen comes in a sublime wooden box with the top of the chest featuring the 1908 patent drawing of the lever-fill mechanism,etched into a lacquered brass plate The pen has not been used however it does have some surface wear on the nose section as shown in our images.
