The white specks seen are from mica in the clay. The pot holds 12 ounces, 1.5 cups. The cups hold 2 ounces when completely full.The tray is approx. 7.5" x 10.25" and 1.75" high Clean, Very Good. Teapot and cups in good condition. Tray has a scratch on inside base and a flea bite chip on rim, seen in last photo. (It looks larger in photo.
