Description: VTG 20s Black Sheer Chiffon & Silk Drop Waist DressW/ NecktieIn good used vintage condition, w/ flaws. Dress feels like it's made of sheer chiffon w/ silk floral applique trim around the front & back waist, & embroidery around the the floral patterns. There are small cut outs above the floral patterns & an attached long silk necktie around the collar. The front has a long V neckline as well. There are tears at both armpits & a tear at the center front below the neckline. There are also tears at the back armpit seams & the seams are starting to come undone. There are a few small holes at the back right top of shoulder / below the neckline & the back hem has come unstitched. There are snaps at the sleeve cuffs, but the snap on the right cuff is missing. It's possible there are other small snags, holes or spots that were missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
