Description: Vintage Our WAC Joan a stand-up doll, box number 3980. Manufactured by Whitman Publishing Co., made in U.S.A., unknown copyright date 1940's (?) Doll measures approx. 10" tall top of head to base edge.Includes cardboard stand clothes are paper. Please note I am not positive if set is complete. All pieces included are in great condition for age. Joan is solid no creases cracks bends or repairs coloration is bold and bright. Clothes are cut still in great condition. There are a couple age-storage imperfections that include backs of clothing have turned slightly darker, a tab maybe missing.Stand has a crease lines and wrinkles Box has imperfections that include discoloration turned darker there are spots smudges scratches and scuffs, rubbing-bald spots along edges and corners-one corner is split, paper is peeled on top section towards bottom corner.. Even though there are a couple imperfections Joan is in great condition for age. She appears to be slightly "hard to find" would make an excellent addition to any collection.
