Description: This is a really great Santa Domingo tribe, early shell and heishi pendant necklace. This particular piece is loaded with colors. The total length is 25 inches with the necklace part measuring 21”. The shell measures 2 1/2 inches across by 2 1/2 inches up and down. It has a sterling silver border, and is very pretty with inlay design, mother of pearl, natural jet, black, turquoise, purple, spiny, oyster, orange, spiny, oyster, and more. There are no chips, cracks, dings, dents, repairs or other damage. There are a few slight chips on the necklace portion, but nothing major. There are two sterling, silver rectangle, bench beads that are also included in this piece. This piece moves well and has a class that is marked STG925. It is an old-fashioned spring ring clasp.
