Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for what may appear to be an original watercolor painting of birch trees, water, etc... Beautifully painted. The picture is matted. The maybe colored mat with a rendered maybe line design element surrounding mat window. The painting has glass. The gold frame which is fairly nicked up and chipped; especially in corners. Dirty, scuffed, chips, nicks. Could easily be reframed. Signed at bottom of painting more toward right side Lacey 1915. The painting looks original, especially by the signature. Backside has a thin wire for hanging. Paper backing, a marker stain of 300/0. Rips, stains, scuffs, rip lines, punctures, bent lines. Sold as you see it. Never taken apart; sold as I bought it. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures, outer frame; 15.25" X 11". Painting itself is 9.75" X 5.5".
