Description: These vintage Native Canadian Inuit handmade wool slippers are a true gem. Made with real muskrat fur, they are both cozy and stylish. Measuring 12 inches in length, they are perfect for those who appreciate unique and authentic pieces of Aboriginal culture. Crafted in Canada, these slippers are a testament to the skill and creativity of the Inuit people. They are a rare find and would make a great addition to any collection of Aboriginal pieces. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of Canadian history. These are very large and measure 12 inches in length by 5 inches across at the widest part of the foot sole. The fur trim I believe is a muskrat, and it has lovely colour and sheen to the fur. They are hand stitched along the edge of the slipper, but there is also machine stitching on the bottom and at the fur trim. I see some moth bites in a few spots, but they don’t go through the wool. They are superficial. A great pair of northern Inuit made slippers to keep your feet warm. Please contact me with any questions and thanks for looking.
