The new company was named for the area it was established in, Kanawha County. They made many popular novelty items. This lady is pictured in our Glass Animals and Figurines book by Debbie and Randy Coe on page 128. The lady and her dogs are in good condition with no stains, chips or cracks. At the top of her hat, is a heat check that occurred during the annealing process. There are the normal air bubbles and wavy lines due to the glass making process.
