Top zips down past waist with blue fringed bodice. It appears this dress was made from embellishing a vintage shirt and adding the skirt. Cuffs are flipped up and sewn down. Red sequin trim and blue fringe at hem. No size tag, so please use measurements for your preferred fit. Measures 15.5" across shoulders, 19.5" across chest at underarms, 14.75" across waist, 47" long on back from center back neck base to hem including fringe, and about 19" from shoulder to sewn flipped cuff. In good vintage condition. Shows general wear from age. A bit of soiling here and there. Has a storage scent.
