Description: This listing is for a Fontanini paper mache nativity king figure.This piece was made in Italy between the 40s and the 60s by the sculptor, Simonetti, and is ”signed” with his imprint. It is in great vintage condition, with only a paint chip at his elbow, and also the tips of his beard. Those chips don’t show much, as the underneath material is gray like his beard. The remainder of this figure is pretty much perfect. It is considered 12 inch scale, and measures 12.75” high. PLEASE NOTE: I am currently currently listing companion pieces to this Fontanini set.
