The piece isn't marked with a brand but it is marked with "Made in USA" and the patent numbers "1999600" and "1959936", which look to be 1930s patents by Austin Stowell and The Stanley Works.Jaws open to about 2 5/8" at maximum and are 2 1/2" wide. *10/28/24* CONDITION: Acceptable, used condition! There are some nicks to the metal along the jaw edges, but nothing too major. There is staining, color loss, and surface rust throughout. Handle turns smoothly to open and close the jaws.
