Description: Empty cardboard box that once held for display I'SIS De Luxe brand Full Fashion woman's Silk Stockings. Box measures 9 3/4" x 6 3/4" x 3/4". The box is undated, but since it is a silk stocking, and looking at the hair style of the woman illustrated on the top of the box, my guess is that this is from the 1920's. The stockings were taupe in color, size 9 1/2. The box once held 3 pair of stockings. Again, box is empty. Box has been professionally shrink wrapped to help preserve its outstanding condition. What a beautiful illustration on this box-if you are a collector of hosiery boxes, you know this is one of the most sought after special hosiery boxes to be made in the 1920's. Condition is outstanding-I have no problems to point out. Everything about the box says quality. Only one like it on ebay.
