Description: Vtg c 1970s/80s Mismarked 925 AG Goldstone Pendant Necklace & Earrings Set. Item specifications: Please note that the set of jewelry comes from an estate as my normal inventory. ***Although the pendant and the necklace have 925 AG fineness stamp, during the testing, the items failed. They are silver plated with alloy composition, probably copper or nickel.*** **The earrings hook closing mechanisms have an area that is generally used to classify fineness. However, the earnings are also silver plated and not 925 AG.** Stones: The stones are genuine goldstones. Dimensions: The necklace measures 20" long. The width of the necklace is approximately 3 mm. The earrings measure 1-5/8" long, including the hook mechanism. The pendant measures 43 mm long X 24 mm wide. Cabochon finish. The earrings contain ovular cabochon finished authentic goldstones measuring 20 mm long X 12 mm width, each. Condition and defects: The items contain a minor amount of tarnishing. I generally clean all of the jewelry that are being sold. This set of jewelry contained moderate to heavy amount of tarnishing. The jewelry set also contains light wear, scratches, scuffs, and small dings. Please review the attached photographs for condition details.
