CARVED FROM ONE SOLID PIECE OF WOOD; WINGS ATTACHED! Wood-carved guardian angels and winged cherubs used to be a part of home décor in the Mexican villages for centuries, since they are believed to bring good luck. The statues were carved from a solid Madera wood; Gesso was then applied on the surface of the statue and painted over. Wings are attached by nails. There are no two Cherubs that are exactly alike.
