The other photos show the actual dress and print juxtaposition. Fun and Fabulous 100% silk vintage dress from the great American designer, Bill Blass. It features an off-white background with black polka dots and features whimsical "hats and sunglasses" in shades of magenta, pink, yellow, blue, teal, orange and grey. The dress is long sleeved and has a zipper back closure. It has a round neck with a black and white trim which is also used across the bodice and keyhole and a black and white bow on the left shoulder. It also has lightly padded shoulders which are hand sewn to the lining, but can easily be removed. The lining is white acetate. I believe the dress is from the late 1970s or early 1980s. I am the original owner and wore it only a few times. It was not altered. It would make fabulous statement at a party! It is a size 8.
