Vtg 1985 , 1987 Sylvanian Familes Country Red Roof Cottage House with 12 pieces of furniture (Some marked Maple Town ) plus 4 squirrels (2 adults & 2 children) (one in original dress), 2 ea child size hard to find Beavers, 4 ea Brown Bears 2 adult & 1 child & 1 baby (three are in original dresses), 6 each gray bears mom & dad dressed in original clothes, 2 child size with girl in original dress boy no clothes, and two babies! All characters flocked and no rubs on flocking. Some furniture marked House is in very good condition. No tears on paper like floors or stains. Door is still intact hood as are windows. Set of books from this collection also. Yellow rocking chair we tossed in is marked Hasbro. All in great condition! Any questions please let us know! Thanks
