Description: Presented, a true vintage 1980/90's, pre-owned, worn, freshly laundered, Neil Martin Brand, emerald green and black, abstract floral patterned women's blouse, with shoulder pads, as pictured. It reminds me of something they would have worn on the Dynasty TV show back in the day! Please note, the blouse has some yellowing of the brand and size/care tags, but otherwise is in very good used, vintage condition without tears, holes, missing buttons, unraveling hems or repairs.
