This dress is made of a soft comfortable fabric that feels like a poly rayon blend but we are not sure of the exact fabric content. This sleeveless dress is blue with small white polka dots throughout. The front upper hem has a band of colorful flowers with white piping trim on the top and bottom of the floral band. There is a wider band of flowers all the way around the bottom just above the hem. A rope belt creates a more sleek figure flattering look.
