Description: Vtg 1970s Op Art Wooden Psychedelic Box Lamp Red and Black This vintage Op Art wooden-sided box lamp features a very psychedelic pattern and movement. The front of the box is plastic and the sides are wooden (particle board-like but seemingly better). There is a disk behind the front patterned pastic that moves providing an incredibly psychedelic moving picture with backlighting from the bulb in the box. The box is powered by an electrical cord with an on and off toggle switch. The light works, the motor runs, and the pattern spins with ease. Use it as mood lighting or simply an fun extra! The bulb is replaceable by removing the back of the lamp. The back has the two original stickers on it and one is stamped "April 10 1978." There is also an "Op Art" sticker on the bottom of the base. The base has four little non-slip sticker feet. I haven't seen another like this one online and it's in phenomenal condition. Get it here while you can! Condition: In excellent condition with no visible wear on the outside of the box, plastic, or back. The base has some scuffs and scrapes. Very minimal wear overall. The edge on one of the sticker on the back is bent and folded over. All stickers are easy to read. The plug on the cord has some patina on the metal though the lamp still works well. The toggle flips on and off with ease. The lamp runs smoothly. Please carefully review the images as they serve as an extension of the description.
