We believe RMRA might stand for the old Rocky Mountain Rodeo Association, as this buckle was purchased as part of an old authentic American rodeo trophy buckle collection from various western states. The maker was Irvine & Jachens so the quality is very good. This one was engraved on the top banners “R.M.R.A. 1968, 2nd”. The measurements are 3 7/8” x 3”, fits belts up to 1 1/2” wide and weighs about 4-5 ounces.
