Description: 1940's Rayon Crepe Black Gown with Plunging V-Neck and Tiered Asymmetric Swags around the Hipline. Rhinestone Studded Tabbed Belt has long ties which Lace Through Grommets at each end. The Rayon fabric of this gown is overshot with a very fine silver glitter dust (see the video), which sparkles subtly in the light. Side Metal Zipper, Padded Shoulders, Deep Front Vent. Measures Chest-40", Waist-31", Hip-40", Length waist to hem-40", Shoulder to hem-57". Outstanding Condition, No rips/holes/tears, small fade swipe at hemline (I’ve lightened photo, more indiscreet in person). Small off-color spot 1/2" above the waist seam (pic) but this is covered by the belt. It looks like she re-stitched the zipper at the side waist where there's a small pucker (pic)-again, covered by the belt. The rear sides of the tabs of the belt are backed in leather, this shows wear, one end more so than the other (pic). Gown is pinned to fit the mannequin.
