Description: Lot Consists an Original, Vintage Port of Albany - Fourth Annual Report of The Port of Albany District Commission. Report deals with issues and conditions dealing with the day to day operation of the Port of Albany leading up to and beyond 1930.Cardstock covered, 51 page, side stapled report is approx. 10-1/4" high x 7" and comes as pictured. The cover has detached from inner pages, but otherwise appears to be complete. The spine edge is lightly curling. The interior pages appear to be complete, are off-white in color and have staining on spine edge from rusting staples. There is foldout map inside which is also detached from staples, but still attached to page it was originally affixed to. The cover has some wear to edges and corners. See Pics For More Details on Condition. Item has not been cleaned or otherwise adjusted and that is left up to new owner to decide to do.... or not.
