Description: There was a box of motorcycle magazines that had been in storage since the late 1980s. I flipped through every page of them and found 15 that did not have any missing pages, or pages that had sections cut out. There were a couple that had some markings/underlining in them, and there could be others that I missed. The magazines overall show wear from being read/handled with creases to the covers, dog-eared pages, some minor tears along the edges of the covers or top/bottom of the binding, some wear and tear to edges of interior pages, some had waviness or crinkled spots, some had some spotting/discoloration - I listed them all as acceptable. A couple had some damage that seemed worse than wear and tear stuff and I listed those details below. With the magazines I am including a 1986 Dennis Kirk catalog that has some issues. Cycle Magazines:1974 September - front cover has a 1/4" tear at the bottom, dents near the 'I' in the word QUICKEST, and wear to the binding at the top and bottom; 1/2" tear to binding on the back cover and small tear at the bottom; back cover has some residual color from another magazine stored on top of it; creases overall. 1985 October - back cover has noticeable corner creases.1986 June - 3/4" tear at the top of the binding and 1/4" tear at the top of the back cover; back cover shows some creases and some lower wrinkling from moister exposer; fold out poster at the front has some creases; small creases to the bottom right corner of the first 30 pages; front cover has address label.1986 July - wear to top and bottom of the binding; front cover has creases; back cover has 1/4" tear at the bottom; front cover has address label.1986 September - 1/2" tear at the bottom of the binding; top left back cover and a few back pages have creases; front cover has address label. Cycle Guide Magazine:1986 September - binding wear/tear at top and bottom; there is a section at the top of pages 63 to the back cover that shows staining/discoloration (affected area is about 4" by 1 1/2" on each page); several interior pages were dog-eared; noticeable white specks within the black sections on the front cover. Cycle Illustrated Magazines:1977 January - creases/dents at bottom of back cover and a few back pages; magazine is bowed along the binding.1978 January - creases/dents along edge of back cover and back page edges from page 47 to the end. Cycle World Magazines:1976 December - 1" tear at the top of the binding; slight waviness overall.1977 August - minor edge wear and tear to bottom of back cover. Big Bike Magazine:1977 August - top right corner is curled up on all pages base on how it was stored. Easyriders Magazine:1978 February - Cover is loose (but not detached); 3/16" tear at top of front cover; 1/2" tear at side of back cover; corners of many pages show creases/curling; edge wear to both covers and some interior pages. Also the magazine does have the David Mann poster in the center. Modern Cycle Magazine:1977 September - wear to top/bottom of binding; corners of covers and some interior pages have creases/curling. Custom Bike Magazine:1978 January - corner creases. Street Chopper Magazine:1976 July - corner creases. 1986 Dennis Kirk catalog - 2 1/2" tear to front cover; writing/markings on cover and on some interior pages; creases/waviness overall; a few black scuff marks on the back cover; 1/2" tear to side of back cover; address label on back cover. I am shipping these in a USPS Flat Rate Medium box since the weight is already high. However, there is room in the box for some extra freebies. In the storage box I found 17 other motorcycle magazines that had one or more pages with chunks cut out or pages missing. I am throwing these in since they will 'ship free' with the others.
