Description: Voigtlander Prominent NOKTON 50mm f/1.5 manual NON-FOCUSING normal lens. Made in Germany. Serial #3538233. Circa 1958-1960. Special Prominent mount. Will fit other 35mm cameras with ADAPTER only (not included). This lens also will fit many MIRRORLES DIGITAL cameras like: Olympus Micro 4/3, full frame Sony A7RII and A7SII, Fuji X-Pro2, Panasonic GH-5, G9, Canon M5, Leica M240, Leica SL and Leica M10 and others with PROPER adapter. This lenses has adjustable click aperture from f/1.5 to f/16. Lens has (14) fourteen aperture blades. Front filter size is 44m. Lens is Ex++ or 9 of 10 cosmetic condition. No dings or dents. Glass is clean. Nice coating with some small coating marks on the front that will not affect your images. Overall very clean optics on this vintage German lens. Some small dust spots inside that can be seen with a flashlight only. Seems like no separation. Smooth aperture blades with no oil on them. This lens has been recently CLA'D to best as possible for a vintage lens in March of 2024 ! Great adaptation lens. Includes original lens caps, Hood and UV filter.
